Neiman Marcus Cashmere Collection
“Neiman Marcus Cashmere Collection” is the private label brand project I did market research from the POV of a Private Label Team for a multi-brand retailer, providing critical insights to guide the company's seasonal collection development.
Outcome: Delivered a comprehensive analysis of the retailer’s history, mission, and target customer, followed by an in-depth exploration of a selected Private Label brand, including its brand identity, purpose, and positioning within the overall merchandise assortment. Through a detailed mood board, customer persona, and seasonal concept, I identify five key seasonal items. Lastly, I did a competitor analysis, supported by product examples, to contextualize the brand’s market presence.
