Hermès Skyways
Concept
In this project, our team proposed a brand extension idea for Hermès, which is Hermès Skyways. Hermès Skyways isn’t just an airline; it’s a masterful journey that transforms flying into a poetic immersion in luxury. Partnering with Emirates, we’ve envisioned an experience where each flight is a capsule of time and elegance, an oasis in the clouds that defies every preconceived notion of travel.
Outcome: Fully designed a Skyway brand extension service for Hermès, covering the entire process from research to execution. This included a competitor analysis, KPI evaluation, and customer profiling, followed by a comprehensive service plan incorporating the 4Ps of marketing. Developed packaging, layout, and concept design from the lounge to the airplane, along with a holistic strategy encompassing marketing, social media, events, and distribution.
